The new habit I want to work on is daily exercise. This is the part of my health that I struggle with the most. I especially have trouble with this because I have a job that is sedentary in nature (taxes.) I go for many hours without getting up from my computer. At the end of the day I am exhausted and find it hard to get motivated to start exercise.
I need to overcome these obstacles and work daily exercise into my routine.
