Not a good food day. I bought a salad at walmart, one of those premade packaged things. I didn't look at the label, cuz, you know....salad. I ate it and put it in my tracker...I think it had 20g of fat. After that I kinda gave up for the day. I ate mostly healthy foods, but I knew I was going to go over on my fats.I did not however expect to go over on my calories, but I did. But, tomorrow is a new day, and I will never buy a salad again without checking the label.
