My last entry was when I hit my goal of 210. I hit my 200 goal barely by 12/21, and then stalled there at 199.9 until 12/31. Between January and Feb, I only hit a low weight of 196.4, but hovered more around 198 the whole time.
So, just 2 lbs lost in 2 months!
I have had to revise my old goals, which were:
210 - Oct 24
200 - Nov 28
185 - Jan 30
160 - April 3
150 - May 15, 2013
My current goals are:
185 - April 30
160 - June 30
150 - Aug 15, 2013
The good news is, at least I lost two-ish pounds. That's still a downward trend.
Since I have been following Atkins, I think maybe I am being too loose in allowing certain Atkins-allowed foods in too big of quantities (mostly, nuts!). As of today, I have decided to track my calorie intake so I can be sure I am staying in line with the right number of carbs AND not eating too many calories.
I'm hoping that as I pay closer attention to my caloric intake, my weight will start falling again.
And snacks are going to fall squarely in the fresh veggie camp for the next several weeks.
