This week's challenge is blogging, with some outlines for what to blog about.
what new habit do i want to develop?
I'm not sure I want to develop a new habit so much as re-establish old habits that I have slipped on lately.
- eat more veggies than fruit
- limit/eliminate processed foods
- go to the Y in the morning before work 3-5 days per week
How will I get there?
- include veggies in each meal and find ways to incorporate them into snacks
- keep fresh fruits and veggies on hand for quick snacks so i won't grab something processed
- talk with my colleague and daughters to plan workouts at the Y in the mornings
