5% Challenge- Blogging and developing new habits

This week's challenge is blogging, with some outlines for what to blog about.

what new habit do i want to develop?

I'm not sure I want to develop a new habit so much as re-establish old habits that I have slipped on lately.

- eat more veggies than fruit
- limit/eliminate processed foods
- go to the Y in the morning before work 3-5 days per week

How will I get there?

- include veggies in each meal and find ways to incorporate them into snacks
- keep fresh fruits and veggies on hand for quick snacks so i won't grab something processed
- talk with my colleague and daughters to plan workouts at the Y in the mornings

    Good plan. Now, you have to implement it. Why don't you start with just one of those plans and then add another one the following week, so you don't get overwhelmed. Just a suggestion. emoticon
