5% Challenge, Week 2, Day 1

This is really not a new goal for me, but one that I need to revisit and develop consistency. I plan to exercise or get some type of activity done for at least 15 minutes every day. Right now, I have been aiming for five days a week at 30 minutes per workout. Today, I got a whopping 89 minutes in because I rode bikes, played volleyball, and walked at my husband's aunt's house in the country. We had a blast, and everybody got a good workout. I would like to use my off days (from cardio) to do yoga or light stretching.
