I walked to the library in about 30 minutes. That was better then I had expected. Course when I tried to check out a few fitness books, I found out I have an overdue fee from way back in Jan 2000; so I wasn't able to get any books today.
After I left the library I walked over to Wa-Mart, then I went to "Dollar Tree" to buy a cheap kids jump rope (its for me) and then I stopped in at the "Del E Webb" fitness center on my way home. I grabbed a list of their class schedule and found a few that I might like. Unfortunately the "line dancing" & "Tai Chi" classes are only once a week.
Anyways, before I even got home I was tired, sore and dragging butt. I kept having to stop and rest every few feet. Boy was I glad to finally reach home. All I wanted for a late lunch was wheat chex with soy milk and sliced banana in it. I was to lazy to fix anything else. One of my roomies made me a small portion of spaghetti for dinner.
I have been home about 4 hours now and my knees and lower back still hurt.
