Here we go March!!!!
Kickin it up a notch this month::
=> March into Spring Challenge here on Spark People
=> 7day Body Blast with Barre3 (goal is to do this the whole month)
=> Clean eating transition continues; mixing in some more veggies and working better on portion control
Also aiming to "weigh-in" less. I think the number on the scale has been keeping me from fully celebrating the progress I'm making. Gotta weigh in for the challenge but once a week seems good.
