1.) What "New Habit" I wish to develop ??

It's already March !! Wow,, Can you believe it's already March? I'm just wondering where was the February? It went passed so fast like a blink of eyes. Our winter to Spring 5 % challenge is going well.I am so glad everyone in the challenge is so excited about it. and I am wishing everyone for the best in their challenge.
As for me, it is kind of slow... I have only lost 1 Pounds this first week of challenge. I know, I know, even one pounds is a lost and I am not complaining but to me, It seems most of people in the challenge are losing great amount of weight. Like 2, 3, 4 pounds. I am so amazed how they do it? Whatever they are doing is definitely working for them. I would like to find out if there is any secret of loosing a lots of weight. Any ideas?
I think I kinda have un idea why they are so successful of losing weights. Which is...They are developing a great HBIt or already has some great habits for weight loss. Such as, eat nutritional foods as their diet. ( Whole foods ) not some empty calories. And has some good work out plans and they are very diligent about it. No excuses. I am also very aware of foods. I already know ? which food I should eat, if I have a choice. But knowledge and doing it, is a two different things. So back to the question,
1.) what new habit I wish to develop ?
My answer to this would be.. I would like to develop a habit to choose whole foods when ever passible. And learn to eat clean. No process foods if passible.
How do I achieve this? I will write another blog about how I do it.
***Today is the starting day of 2nd. week of the challenge and I am still exited and motivated. Hopefully, I can keep going. Yes, I can. I need to keep reminding myself of my goal and I have to be positive about it. And never forget the appreciation for the supports from my SP friends and my Team mates.
