What new habit do I want to start?

That is a hard one. I'm not sure if its a new one but I would like to do more exercising. Now I walk 96 mins four days a week, 48 mins one day and 60 another day clearly that is not enough. I have ideas but I don't follow thrugh

    Try changing it up a little, maybe a little strenght training.

    Start small and add a few 10 min segments throughout the day. Take a stroll or stairs at lunch, walk up the street after dinner.

    i have plans but i don't always have money time or energy follow through. there are some habits that are free, i just have to commit to doing them

    Following through -- that could be your new habit to start!! I struggle with that as well -- start out all focused to achieve a goal and then somewhere along the line I lose steam. You can do this -- one step at a time, one day at a time!!
