I want to make morning exercise a habit.
I've tried it both morning and afternoon and I feel so much better when I do it in the morning.
If I don't do it in the morning my day gets busy, stressful, hectic and by the afternoon or evening I am exhausted and/or out of time.
So...I'm going to make exercise in the morning a new habit for me!
