5% habit I want to develop

I want to make morning exercise a habit. emoticon I've tried it both morning and afternoon and I feel so much better when I do it in the morning. emoticon If I don't do it in the morning my day gets busy, stressful, hectic and by the afternoon or evening I am exhausted and/or out of time. emoticon

So...I'm going to make exercise in the morning a new habit for me! emoticon

    Awesome goal! I may join you a couple of days a week. I have a hard time getting up in the morning, primarily because I'm up at night. However, since we did the exercise challenge last night, I did get tired and slept better than I had in a while. Good job!

    That's one way to stop procrastinating over exercise. I notice the same thing, especially in cardio. If I'm doing strength, I want to do it at night, because it never leaves me feeling good, but tired, and then I just want to go to bed. never really gets done. *sigh*

    You can do it! I agree, it is so much nicer to get it done and not allow the day to suck up all the time and energy. I might join you in this challenge a couple of days a week!

    I almost always getting hungry and staying hungry all day when I exercise bright and early in the a.m. Good luck though it really helps many people to start there day off!! I sleep better at night when I do them after I finish my last bit of food for the day.. To each their own though! Do what works for you as we all must do.. Great new habbit SUNFLOWERGAL
