Question 1) What new habit you wish to develop?

When I'm feeling better, I'm usually do well with my water, sleep, exercise and can usually do well with my calories.

Two things I need to work on are:
-adding strength training back into my workout
-less sweets/candy/sugar

    I have the same problem with strength training - I can do it, but don't like it. Good luck on including these new habits.
