I have really fallen off the wagon. I had some health concerns this year and as a result, I got out of the habit of exercising. I am really lacking the drive. My new habit is to exercise in short bursts. This worked really well for me on Thursday and Friday. I worked out 10-15 min the morning before work, 15 at lunch; and and another 15+ minutes after work. I was AMAZED at the energy I had after lunch on Thursday and Friday from the little exercise.
My new habit... 10-15 minute workouts, 3 times a day.
