I know we need to remember that we are more than a number on the scale. And we need to enjoy the NSC
But some times you want to shoot the scales! The Gym I go to is having a challenge this month from March 4 to April 16. We had to weight in by Friday so I did it on Tuesday after Bloomsday training. The gym has 2 scales I like the brown best and showed my weight at 163 pounds when I went to our training class this morning (Sat) the trainer said that they decided to use the white scales so ever one has to re weigh. one of the trainers thinks the white on is more accurate since it cost more .
Donít like that scales it came up with 167! A four pound gain from Tuesday to today find it hard to take as I have been good and no mindless eating .(that happened on Sunday Monday ) I went back and re read notes from my Spark friends and felt better still not happy with a four pound gain but like my brother says it is what it is. Glad I gave my scales to the rummage sale or I would have three scales to fight with and not just the two at the gym.
