Day 53/BC Day 9

Not the greatest day for me heath-wise. I did do my bootcamp video, and another Coach Nicole video for some cardio. But then we went to Chocolate World with T's parents - Maxwell LOVED it, but of course I was surrounded by delicious sweets and got an enormous Peanut Butter Cup Cookie. The closest I can find in the nutrition tracker is one from Barnes & Noble's cafe worth 620 calories HOLY CANNOLI!! For ONE cookie!! Then we went to lunch at Red Robin. I did get a grilled chicken salad and used minimal dressing and did not eat the bread that comes with it so that wasn't too bad. But I felt gross for the rest of the day because of that stupid cookie. It was so delicious but I can't decide if it was worth it. :-P The thing I am most disappointed in myself for is that it's only the second day of the month and already I did not meet my 3 fruits/vegs for the day. Not sure how many that salad was worth .. maybe 2. I did get my eight glasses of water though! Chug-a-lug!

Well, tomorrow is a new day! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    By letting yourself have something you crave, like that cookie, once in a great while it helps with not feeling like you are depriving yourself. You are doing awesome! keep it up!
