Today is warm (60-ish), not really windy (8 mph, SSW), and cloudy but no rain yet. It's supposed to be very windy tomorrow, so today was the day to ride & I will work in the yard tomorrow.
I'm lucky to live in an area with great cycling. I rode around the Columbia River (not all of it, obviously). Most of today's ride is also my commute into the Franklin County Court House from West Pasco.

sacagawea-heritage-trail.aspx Later in the season, I ride home along the south side of the river, especially when it's really windy. (The Pasco side has almost no protection from the wind; the Kennewick side has lots of trees.)
The ride was great. I stopped and stretched at one point, and then stretched again when I got home. My ITB wasn't as tight as I feared it would be (self-torture with a foam roller has paid dividends!). Tomorrow it's time to do yard work, but I'm already thinking about talking the Hub into going for a mountain bike ride down at Chamna.
