Wow support from you and Mum... Thank You

Saturday, March 02, 2013

I have been sending thank you messages to those who responded to my last blog. I thought I should also say thank you to those who just read but felt my pain. I wish I could do more thank thank you.i have decided to stay on and take the break when I need to.

So I was having some real problems lately and decided to run away from it all. Before I ran I spoke to mum. We have gotten closer over the last few years but I aways had thought she never understood me or what I have to deal with. Can you believe this lady did two things from me answering a few questions...she diagnosed my underlying problem (I never even thought of that) lol...and she understood my pain by the advice she gave.

Mums are awesome indeed

You are awesome indeed

I hope you don't leave SP! This site is a way for me to stay grounded. I weighed myself today, not what I thought it would be as I worked so hard to burn off that 3,500 (supposed to burn a lb.!). Sure it might work for us sometimes but not when I over indulge in my brew! *LOL*
I'm working on a new blog about that this morning but want to make sure it is worthy of posting. Hope you read it when you see it. I'm calling it "A fat person in camouflage " I think that is it anyway.

emoticon emoticon deciding to stay and spark along some days will be good and others you will want to forget. like the saying goes

1.There's a reason for our tomorrows . . . so we can improve from yesterday
2“One of the things I learned the hard way was that it doesn’t pay to get discouraged.”
- Lucille Ball –
3"Good things come to those who "weight" or at least go slower in their journey!"

4 Every day is a new chance to take steps towards reaching our goals! Keep doing your best, and never give up. Always remember that you are worth the effort

5 Love yourself for who you are right now
Some are repeats but it never hurts to be reminded again emoticon

I have felt like you do so many many times during the last two years, but something in me refuses to give up even though I say I'm going to give up. When you want this more than you know, you'll stay with it even though the scale isn't moving and the clothes aren't fitting stay with it. Keep blogging your food intake and try to stay within the prescribed limits and try to exercise, even if it's not enough, something is better than nothing and eventually that weight will come down for you.
It did for me, but not quickly or neatly or wonderfully...it came down with a lot of depression and lack of hope and you name it. But I'm almost there now and that's where you will be too if you stay with this a little at a time.
Best always!

It is great to talk with someone who is much older, like a mom, or grandma, because they have so much insight into this world we live in.

I'm glad she helped you.

and you are a GREAT daughter!

I am so happy that you are staying with us - taking a break whenever ya need to. Spark people needs REAL people. I mean, if ONLY perfect people were on here, who, pray tell, could I ever relate to? And, if every person on here was exactly like me, who, pray tell, could ever inspire me?

Well, girl, you inspire me. You have been honest with your feelings and I sure hope you keep doing so. The good, the bad and the ugly .... throw it out there when you need to. This is your home page. This is 'your' journey. This is you unmasked ... and I think you are one very special gal.

Another great Blog!
