I started this yesterday, but you can choose your own 30 days. I'm excited to see how my tush and thighs are gonna look on day 31!

    Awesome. I have a similar one I started last month. Restarted this month and added jumping jacks to it. I can't say I see a change after 30 days but I've emoticon got a lot to work with so it may take some time. Look forward to reading of your success.
