What is wrong with me? I was full of motivation, drive and energy to lose this weight in December and January. I lost 6 pounds in January. Februay came, I lost 1 pound. Not 1 pound a week...ONE POUND the entire month. No one to blame but me. The winter blahs settled in. I didn't walk every day. I didn't track my food everyday. I wasn't as careful with my food choices......UGGGH
I'm just venting. I thought maybe if I laid it out in words I could get my act together!
