5% Blog Week Challenge! Day#1!!
When I wake up in the morning the first thing I do is look at my abs in the mirror. I kinda turn to the side a certain way to see the start of my progress and indulge in the fantasy of having an end result. Okay well I do this repeatedly throughout the day, what can I say. I've waited for this moment all my life!! Literally. I finally feel like It's achievable and that just thrills me to death.
Okay -I've got two focus's right now and that is building muscle and running faster! Core strength is a very important key factor from what I've read and retained.
Here is my schedule :
Strength train 3 days a week.
Cardio 2 days a week.
Then 1 day of just butt and abs (I consider this day as the cherry on top :)
Sunday - is usually a rest day, unless I neglected my double 'A's on Sat.
So Sun/Sat are flexible days.
My workouts are usually only 60 minutes or less. I workout and recharge in the afternoon right after I put my little one down for nap. When I'm finished I feel good and have that extra little bit of energy to finish the day out!
