Well, my daughter has been doing the diet in my title and has found some success with it. I decided I would give it a try as well. It was a lot of misery in the morning as I struggled to not eat until after 10am as we don't have dinner on the early side and I had to stay within that timeframe. It was painful but I usually exercised and tried to stay busy to not think about being hungry. It helped that the challenge for this week for our 5% Challenge was to drink water since I also did a lot of that.
I got on the scales knowing I had wet hair and already had breakfast only to see 1 pound more on the scale. I was horrified! I had gone way over what I generally do for my exercise minutes for the week and had pretty much stayed in that 8 hr. window. Speaking of windows...that experiment is going right out one! Yep, I think the smaller meals during the day will boost my metabolism instead of possibly shutting it down.
Next week...2 pounds down:) Well, that's the goal
