I'm so frustrated and disheartened right now. I've work so hard to find what works for me in terms of nutrition and fitness, but they only work when I put myself first and make time for myself. It seems like it should be so easy, to just put myself first, but I have a job, I'm starting a business, I have church and prayer, I have my boyfriend, and I'm always putting everyone and everything else first.
I'm not going to be healthy or lose weight until I stop this really unhealthy habit, but I don't know how. Is there a 12-step program or something for people who always put themselves dead last?
