1) What new habit you wish to develop?
Hi Sparkbuddies this week in my Teddy Bear Team 5% challenge our assignment is to answer a series of questions one day at a time to facilitate changing our behavior. Today's assignment is to chose a new habit that I wish to begin or a old habit that i wish to change!!
So here goes:
I am currently needing to add in two major changes and so I am going to chose both of them. I need to add in some change to my daily exercise routine as I seem to do the same things over and over. I also need to work on monitoring my fat and fiber intake and change them both so that on a daily basis they are in healthy levels.
So sparkbuddies come back daily to my sparkpage and check out my blogs to see how I daily work on these new goals and work through them to facilitate their implementation!!
I would love some encouragement and ideas from you on how to do this as well!!
