End of Week 1 Winter into Spring 5% challenge

I did well this past week. The diet I started on Monday. I went to Curves 4 times this week. I walked, and walked in place on the other days, and made it to over 5000 steps in all but one day. I only cheated on the diet a little bit. And it has been hard because I have been hungry.
`I LOST 1 ONE POUND!!!!!
I want to add that the greatest help has been my husband. He has been supportive all the way. Encouraging me to exercise, to eat right, asking if it would bother me for him to have some girl scout cookies (we had him hide them before I started this whole thing), being willing to have his taco salad without chips, because I wasn't allowed any. And this morning he fixed my eggs with veggies for me because I woke up with a stiff neck. He has been an awesome help to me.
I hope that next week my weight loss will be higher, but I am encouraged by my results.
