As part of the Living the Good Life points for the 5% Challenge this week we're challenged to blog each day for the whole week on creating a healthy new habit.

The blog will answer one question each day.

1) What new habit you wish to develop?

I want to walk my dog, most days of the week. I like being outside and Cheebs likes walks. Double good.
