As part of the Living the Good Life points for the 5% Challenge this week we're challenged to blog each day for the whole week on creating a healthy new habit.

The blog will answer one question each day.

1) What new habit you wish to develop?

I want to walk my dog, most days of the week. I like being outside and Cheebs likes walks. Double good.

    Great challenge for you. We walk our dog all the time, but our dog is nuts - she doesn't care to walk! She is scared of everything, and is usually okay once we get her out the door. We know exercise is good for her and it helps us get more exercise to. Wishing you all the best!
