New Healthy Habit!

The new habit, I am working on is eating healthier. emoticon emoticon

I will explain, I have never ate any vegetables, well I thought I was but later learned that they were starch an not considered vegetables. Also, never ate fruit often. Well that is changing. I have started trying new vegetables, and fruit. Still struggling with eating healthier. Not giving up!

    You can do this and it is a wonderful start. It may help to check out recipes on Spark Recipes.com to give you new menu ideas. That is what I do to introduce a new veggie to my diet and it works. emoticon emoticon

    Thats a great new habit and well worth the effort! As the others say you are bound to find something you enjoy, otherwise whizz loads of veg into a soup, that's how I used to deceive my kids Lol!

    Great habit to work on. I used to hate vegetables but I have found that I love raw spinach, cucumbers, peppers, broccoli. I still struggle with cooked vegetables but when I quit eating sweets vegetables had much more appeal.
