Straightening Up My Act

Here's part of my workout today. All total, I did 75 minutes.

No, Silly! That does NOT mean I did 75 minutes of rowing!

This is how the 75 minutes break up:

Walking Winnie: 30 (more to come, not to worry!)
Spark Video: 10 minutes of leg cramping workout. WITH WEIGHTS and BALL.
Rowing: 20 minutes.
Heavy Cleaning: 15

Did all of this to Carribbean music, which is a great beat to work out by.

All in all, I feel good mentally, emotionally and spiritually about myself. Physically, I feel exhausted and uplifted at the same time.

How do I SMELL????????? Like I need a shower.

My team (Spirited Underdogs) has a new challenge, and I feel obligated to participate. I didn't do so well during the winter season, and need to straighten up. Have to get my ACT on the road if I am going to be a good doggie!
