New habit for the Winter Challenge

I really need to eat more vegetables and fruits! I will add at least one vegetable and a fruit a day, because right now, I go days without eating any! And I love veggies and fruit, so I don't know why I don't eat them more!
Well, actually, I do know why. I am afraid they will go bad before I can eat them, so I seldom buy more than what I want to eat that day, so if I don't go to the store that day, I don't eat any. I will change that this week:)
