One week into the 5% challenge and I did really well on exercise and drinking water. Neither of those are difficult for me. My exercise routine is pretty secure: walk in the early a.m. 45-60 minutes, spark break and then stationary bike for 30 minutes. In the late afternoon I either do a short walk, some gardening, painting, or some combination of activity.
This week we are asked to blog and to comment on team mates blogs. Easy enough to comment as I enjoy reading on what the others are doing to stay the course. I blog sometimes and appreciate the feedback as it does help so I will try to be consistent and get back in the habit.
