Working towards the goal.......

One week into the 5% challenge and I did really well on exercise and drinking water. Neither of those are difficult for me. My exercise routine is pretty secure: walk in the early a.m. 45-60 minutes, spark break and then stationary bike for 30 minutes. In the late afternoon I either do a short walk, some gardening, painting, or some combination of activity.

This week we are asked to blog and to comment on team mates blogs. Easy enough to comment as I enjoy reading on what the others are doing to stay the course. I blog sometimes and appreciate the feedback as it does help so I will try to be consistent and get back in the habit.

    I'm always impressed with all of your steps and now I'm equally impressed with how you do 3 workouts per day! I love the way you spread them out over the course of the day with recovery time built in between your activities! Keep up the good work, Donna!

    You are one exercising lady! Keep up the good work. I will join in with your on the weight loss for March and do 4 lbs. That is doable for me. I will have to up the exercise a bit tho. Good luck and have a good evening.
