How have I improved?

I have noticed that my hair and nails are better. I have more energy than I have had in a while. I enjoy the healthy foods and the exercise I have been doing. I am looking forward to nice spring weather and being able to walk outside. I am noticing that my sugar levels are lower when I eat healthy foods and leave the sweets alone. I would love to get off of my dibetic medicine and control my blood sugar with healthy foods and exercise. I will improve myself more one step at a time.
