Breaking the Sugar Addiction - Update

I might have done it! Finally after years of struggling against my sugar and diet soda issues, I might have won. I don't want to get ahead of myself or anything - no excessive celebration here- but I have managed to (1) cut out all Diet Pepsi with caffeine (my most favorite thing!), (2) cut total diet soda intake down to 2 Diet Root Beers per day, and (3) resist a month filled with sugary treats at work. Woo-Hoo!

Next steps: Replace my unsweetened ice tea with caffeine with the caffeine free variety, and cut the Diet RB to one per day. Continue to resist the yummy goodness of baked goods and candy (not easy with all the stores stocked up with Easter candy). I have also re-engaged with my Weight Watchers tracking tool to try to keep myself accountable again. This is week 3 of diligent tracking, and I think it's helping keep the snacking under control.

Now to just not backslide on the Diet Pepsi. I miss its bubbly goodness!
