Week One Firecracker Reflection

Positive: I drank water. Back into the habit! I am also drinking hot tea and cut my diet coke consumption! I also exercised more regularly.

To be improved: I did not track, so, I did not lose weight.

Goal: Tracking.

Tracking is my #1 priority, and the very reason I joined Spark. I was keeping track on paper, and having to do all the figuring by myself. To find a tool that would automatically tell me how many calories, fat, carbs, etc. my body should eat everyday was a new concept for me. And also that it would keep track of it all, and do all the math - who knew!

Tracking will help you meet your goals, and help you lose the weight.

    I think it is great that you're lessening the diet soda consumption. I only have diet Coke when I have pizza, which isn't very often. And I don't even miss it.

    We are what we eat..sometimes seeing what I've track makes it clear why I weigh too much..great habit to get into.

    Simpy put! I like that! I too have a hard time tracking all the time and I love the water challenge because even though it is so darn easy, I don't get enough on a regular basis! emoticon emoticon emoticon
