Little goal

A portrait of me ATM

Because I think about food too much.

I know it is an effect of inner instability.

But I should still work on it.

My goal this week is to focus on meditating in the room during my yoga practices.

One goal, a little step at a time. I will climb the mountain eventually.

    Good morning everyone.

    So I went to my early morning bikram yoga.
    I tried to achieve this goal. It was the most difficult thing ever.
    But I achieved a little I guess. If rate my thoughts towards food I would say it took up 60 % of my thoughts. I really tried. I will keep trying next practice.
    I quite like this little challenge.
