I am working on time constraints some more. I am constantly receiving hints and tips on saving time and I have been trying to put these into place to help me with getting things done. I get up pretty early already (4:30 a.m.) so I am probably not going to get up earlier to work out (I am already sleep deprived and working on getting more sleep). I do use my crock pot and I search for recipes that are easy and take little time. I prepare some foods ahead and freeze them, I plan our meals out about two weeks in advance and shop ahead (that requires some careful thought as far as perishables go). I pretty much never watch TV unless I "listen" in to shows on my phone while I am at work, so cutting out TV isn't an option. Right now I am very behind on some of my chores at home and I find that my hobbies have pretty much been forsaken. Pretty soon I need to start studying for a certification exam and that is going to take about every minute of time that I have that I am not sleeping or working. My husband helps me out a lot already and I have recruited him to help me out with some more things while I am studying. He is working on his own things, like getting more sleep and getting more exercise, so I don't want to burden him with too much either. I am NOT giving up on my journey to better health. I just need to find the balance that I need to make it all work. I am doing pretty good with it all right now - it is just hard to fit it all in sometimes!
