I have lots of room for improvement here! Since I have to blog every day, maybe I should tackle this one first.
How do I intend to improve?
I've got the water down, so now I think I will watch my portions. I'm okay with everything but the protein and bread. I added back bread for fiber. I love the Ancient Grains - can't you tell? lol
If I know there is something I can't live without, I'm not going to fight it any longer.
