1) What new habit you wish to develop?

Part of a challenge for a team I'm on is about blogging about seven questions that were asked (one per day)... So this is for that and the question:
1) What new habit you wish to develop?
-I'm not sure this would count as new, more like I'd like this to become a habit again. Strength training regularly. I used to be pretty consistent and I could tell the difference in my strength and definition of various muscles.
I want to strength train every other day again. I plan to buy SparkPeople's Total Body Sculpting DVD and see if I can get into that. I used to do the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt, which went by pretty quickly and I enjoyed it, so maybe I'll do that again as well.
