1) What new habit you wish to develop?

Saturday, March 02, 2013

I need to get back into the habit of tracking my food each day. This helps keep me on track better than anything else and I haven't been doing it while I was on vacation. Now it's time to get back on the right path and make progress.

Tracking food was something I always avoided at all costs until I actually tried it and realized how much it works.

You're highly motivated and can overcome the effects of the vacation in no time!

As far as I'm concerned, tracking is critical to a healthy lifestyle! I've come to the point where I can calculate most of what I eat in my head. I firmly believe you just can't slip in this area. It defines your commitment to your goals. Stay strong and focused!
