More on shredding

Did okay the first couple days of the 30 day shred. (I will admit to following Anita, who does the modified moves, more so than Natalie who does the more advanced stuff.) Woke up this morning with some seriously shrieking muscles, and a bad crick in my neck. Which I think is due more to how I slept, than anything I did during the workout.

sigh. I am going to take today off from shredding, tend to my sore muscles, load up on protein, and have a go tomorrow.
