Setting a new goal , what to do?

I should be heading out to a rummage sale right now, but have the urge to post first, so they'll just have to rummage without me for a little while longer and I'll just have to buy a little less junk. I'm only going because a long time friend's church is giving it and she's "working' the sale.
So in order to have a successful day and goal, I'm giving my goal some shouting room here. My next achievement will be the hundred pound weight loss mark. In order to achieve it, I need to lose about 28 pounds. I am going to have TO SET SOME NEW RULES, and getting active will be one of them. Right now I have more muscle aches and nerve pain than I've had in a long time, with so much weakness in my arms and legs. i know when you're younger and push on, you get stronger. but when you get older, I don't know if you can get stronger. Do any of you know the answer to that one? for now, I'll just get out of the house and push my wheelchair to the best of my ability, and stop when i get too tired. Maybe I'll find a coach along the way.
Taking it one day at a time, I will just get myself out the front door and pray that God makes a way for me as I work on my goal.
