Was up until about 1:30 am this morning agonizing over exercise and how I'm not doing it. I have OCD and I tend to obsess on things. I finally decided to start with the treadmill for 7 min (that's all I can do right now) and every fourth day I will add a minute to my time. I will also do core 3 days a week right after I get off the treadmill. I'm actually getting excited about exercise because I want to have that fit and healthy body that I deserve. Baby steps. I'll eventually add weights to my routine, but for the next week it will just be core and treadmill. I have some Jillian Michael's dvds but I need to be in better shape to start them.
I'm looking forward to that feeling of being able to accomplish anything after I exercise. (That's usually how I feel after I have completed a workout)
