Woke up this morning feeling like I was hit by a train, 2nd cup of coffee and still my eyes want to keep closing, cold is gone but what this is I don't know, I wanted to put up blog and pics of the other nights dinner, healthy and really tasty but Craig took off with the car for the day, and my camera is in it. But that blog will still be posted even if it is late.

My great nephew, my neice and my daughter all just got treated for strep, thank God I did not catch it, mine is just tiredness, every now and then I get a day, where I am just down. But the good news is, they don't happen as much as they used too.

Some more good news is that my 14 and 1/2 year old sheltie has been pretty lame and stiff in the back end the past few weeks, where one of his back feet's nails would drag on the floor. My daughter Emily who I swear is a natural animal doctor without the years of school got on the internet, and studied the hell out of his symptoms, even feeling around and moving his legs and hips and "TA DA", here is what she came up with. His hips and muscle are deteriated due to age, very litttle muscle tone with back legs so the cushin in joints is nill. and getting some arthritus. The answer was to start him onGlucosimine, 500mg for his size and weight given with food. So he has been having trouble walking down back steps and alot more trouble trying to come up the back steps, has trouble and pain lifting to each step and will not let you carry him. So here is the surprise. He has been on it and taken the meds for a total of three days, this morning I let him out, he went down the steps and I went in the kitchen to fix his fourth day on meds. So I go to door to let him in and he has dog chain around corner where I can't see him so I give the chain a gentle tug, here comes Laddie, he zipped around corner and RAN UP THE STEPS! I said "did I just see that? He ran up the steps.....3 days on the stuff. It comes in a large capsule from Walmart, 2000 mg, we just get rid of capsule and divide powder. AMAZING!!!! And so is my daughter who is so good at diagnosing.small problems with animals.

Ok I have got to go, but I am going back to bed, hopefully I will wake up in a diferent attitude and with some energy. By sparkfriends.
