Under 200! | Destroying calories!

I weighed in for the third consecutive week today.
And the results are consistent: I've lost just over one kilogram.
I currently weigh in at 89.5KG, which is 197LBS! :)
This places me under 90KG/200LBS, I haven't been below that for well over a year now, so this is a huge result for me.
So far I lost a total of 3.5KG, which is almost 8LBS.
And that's took me just 4 weeks to do! :)
I also finally got to ride my bike for the first time last friday, and I rode it again today. I'm planning on doing 2 to 3 bike rides a week and strength training on the other days. So far I've been getting very good results even without the bike rides so I'm sure I can keep up on my weight loss. :)

I've reset my fitness goals because it was set at burning 360 as a weekly goal, since I've been well over 360 these last few weeks, I've set the goal to 500 instead, which is more accurate to the numbers that I've been getting.
I'm finding it hard to reach the total fitness minutes goal, but as I'm already well over my 'limit' of calories burned, I'm actually fine with that. :)
