This week's Shooting Star challenge is to blog daily about new habits we'd like to develop. I have a laundry list of personal improvements, so identifying them is not a problem. Putting plans in place to make it happen can be another story!
My first habit I'd like to reinforce is to eat cleaner. My husband and I don't like to cook, so we still buy alot of frozen, processed foods. I've already made some improvements here by taking the time to study my Spark food plan before going grocery shopping. I probably need to research more recipes to find things that are easy to make, yet flavorful. The trade off with getting rid of processed foods is the preparation and the perception that healthy is not as satisfying.
I'm looking for suggestions for healthy, easy to make recipes that a meat and potatoes guy will love.
