My long term goals include eating "normal" with occasional splurges for balance.
It will probably take more that the Winter into Spring challenge to achieve that, however, it does not stop me from trying.
It helps tremendously to track daily. If I do not track I am less accountable.
But,for me, the most important thing I do to keep my eating in check is my exercise.
I look back at all the years of yo-yo dieting and the most successful times were when I incorporated exercise.
I feel if I have control over becoming fit then I have won half the battle.
When I do not exercise and I am not on track with my eating then I begin to feel everything unravel.
Over the last year I have basically become addicted to working out and I feel better than I have in YEARS.
