Well Day 2 I been to the gym..
I remeber now why i stopped going super early in the morning.all the older men are there before their morning. argh. hmm.. well trip to the bathroom.
and they are tooting .. smells horrible..
I did 45 min on th elipictical lol.
im tired.. just had 3 fried eggs . no butter. ( pam)
and I showered and soon I have to hit walmart and grocery shop.
We booked our hotel for the wedding. so we are going. argh i need to drop at LEAST 13 pounds before we go. i would like closer to 20. but im running out of time!!
I have not seen some of these people in 10 + years I want to look decent. if not skinny then decent..
8 weeks to go.. 8 x 2 = 16.. I guess that could do..
Goal for this week. Cut way back on carbs.. more chicken and veggies, eggs,
LESS bread and crap..
