I want to keep my exercising daily a routine. I have it rolling again, even though I am not seeing any results yet. I am wondering if I am doing too much too soon? Maybe just gaining muscle/strength?
Keep working at it! Make sure you are getting your adequate calories for the day and I would also suggest talk to your doctor for any advice as to how much exercise you should be doing. Don't give up! You will succeed! June 1727 days ago
I'm with you on this. In the past, I've had the best success with doing my workouts in the morning. That way, it's done and out of the way and I won't have a reason to push it off. Plus, it feels good to have that initial accomplishment under your belt right at the start of the day.
Listen to your body for cues if you are over-doing it. Check with your doctor if you are just getting started or if there's any reason you might need their approval to change your fitness level.
AND don't quit! You WILL see results!
