Fat Loss vs. Weight Loss Before and After Pictures

Saturday, March 02, 2013

Not where I used to be but loving where im going to be (was 176 lbs and 126 lbs)

I am now 140 lbs in both photos. This time around I decided to focus on strength training and cardio training. Helping to tone, tighten and strengthen my core. Im the same weight but yet im fitting my clothes much better. Its a growing process and im learning more and more everyday that its all about the Journey it takes to get to the destination. No one is perfect we all make mistakes but as long as we pick our self up when we fall. We will always stand strong through adversity. emoticon emoticon 's emoticon and WE WILL!

emoticon for posting. This will be even more important when I get closer to my goal and have to remind myself it is not the number that's important, but how healthy and the fat percentage that makes a bigger difference.
Be well - you're doing emoticon

Thanks for the visuals. I was struggling for awhile because I was not losing weight on the scale but I knew my clothes were fitting better. Unfortunately, I did not measure or take pictures. I do realize now that a WEIGHT loss does not mean failure and I am continuing to not focus on that alone. PS You look great!!
