Today is going to be a VERY stressful day. I know that already. Coach Becky must have known too. She talked to me this morning during my SparkCoach session about paying attention to my hunger level before I eat and eating only when I'm at a 3 or 4. Then stopping when I'm at a 7. I'll really need to keep this in mind ... all day. And I'll need to turn the lights out in the kitchen like I've been doing the past couple of nights right after dinner. I need to be on my toes today!
Here's a hunger/fullness chart for reference:
Hunger Level ....... Sensations and Symptoms
1 Starving, weak, dizzy
2 Very hungry, cranky, low energy, a lot of stomach growling
3 Pretty hungry, stomach is growling a little
4 Starting to feel a little hungry
5 Satisfied, neither hungry nor full
6 A little full, pleasantly full
7 A little uncomfortable
8 Feeling stuffed
9 Very uncomfortable, stomach hurts
10 So full you feel sick
