Keep Reaching (Feb Goals Revisited)

These were my goals for the short month of Feb:
1. Get 1000 exercise minutes in Feb. It's a short month and I'm traveling for work for nearly a week, which means I'll have to exercise at the hotel. I usually skip working out when I travel. Not this time!
**I got close, and I did exercise at the hotel, but I didn't anticipate how tired I'd be when I got home, nor did I anticipate an added trip that left no time for working out.**
2. Track food except for when I'm out of town (Feb 9-10; Feb 19-22)
**Done, for the most part. I think I eat about 100 calories too many every day. Hmmm**
3. Keep blogging, keep up gratitude list.
**LOVE blogging. I didn't write a single gratitude item in Feb. Seems like when things are falling apart, I should do MORE gratitude, not less!**
My goals for March will remain the same! They're simple goals, but not necessarily easy. I like that.
