Day 22 - Week 3 Weigh-In

Flexibility Min: 85 (two yoga sessions and stretching)


I was incredibly sick this week with a stubborn cold and fever...not able to breathe out of my nose for 4 or 5 days, sore throat, lost voice, CONSTANTLY sneezing. I think I went through 8 boxes of tissues! Despite that, I still made it to my first weight goal, and I am incredibly proud of myself. This girl is not taking any excuses from now on :)

My next weight goal is 349.9 by April 1.. So that is a very easy 2.1 lb per week for the next 4 weeks. I'm going to do it!~
