Operation: T.U.M.M.

I read the really nice comments on my last blog, and you know what? I actually *do* feel like I'm on a roll! There are so many good things going on right now that I can't help it!

For the next two weeks I am doing Operation:T.U.M.M. (Tone/Tighten Up My Midsection). I am going to Florida with my mom over spring break and need to get my tum bikini-ready! So that means no more evening lattes and bagels/muffins before class, no more ice cream, and really watching my sugar and processed food intake. I am usually not so strict, but I think two weeks is do-able. And besides, I can feel myself getting a little lax with my eating - I've justified too many mocha lattes as of late and made too many excuses to get baked goods before class.

So no more (well, for two weeks anyway).

Today:
- TONS of water.
- Kill it at my Spinning instructor workshop! We are doing two rides today as part of the certification. I'm ready to bring it.
- Fake it 'til I make it. I am not very outgoing by nature, but I am getting in the mindset that I *have* to be to teach Spinning.

Wish me luck today! I am very excited and a little nervous. This is a huge step toward my future!

    yay!!!! I'm sure you'll do great on the spinning cert and good luck with the no sweets! but you will def. notice a difference cutting out those sugary carbs!
